We make use of “The Courier Guy” delivery services. All delivery options and charges are linked to their systems and the various options, together with their corresponding costs are automatically generated at CheckOut.
All orders above R600 will be shipped for free.
Depending on your area, delivery takes between 1 and 3 business days to be delivered. For major cities one can expect delivery to be done within one business day after the payment has cleared.
Please note that the courier company does not do any collections on Saturdays or Sundays.
After ordering, you will be directed to a secure Checkout page which provides payment options. We recommend the Credit/Debit card option as this is a secure payment service offered by Yoco, which is a reputable South African financial services brand. For EFT payment options, we will need funds to clear in our account first, which can take up to three working days.
As soon as payment is received, we will process and pack your order and you will receive an email indicating so. The order will then be collected by the courier company the next day.
Yes. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email with an attached invoice indicating your ordered items as well as your delivery address.
